Kikyou to me is a very interesting character. She can be very confusing at times. Her motives are usually not that clear. I really hated her for a long time. I don't remember what got me to stop. Kikyou to me is very strong willed and independant. she has at time sshown some bitterness but she has reaons to be bitter. Her life came to a tragic end because of a man's lust for her. She was never allowed to live a normal life as a woman. InuYasha was the first to treat her as a woman. I like her because she's strong. She continues to fight even when the odds are against her winning. To me whenever her or Naraku are in an episode it becomes much more interesting. If it wasn't for her coming back I don't think InuYasha would have been able to fully reconcile his past and move on with Kagome.
