Enju is another woman brought back to life by Urasue. When she first meets Kikyou she gets upset at her for interfering. Enju did not want to be revived. At the end of the episode when Kikyou sends her a soul, she smiled. Enju had promised Kagome to give life a chance.
InuYasha was Kikyou's past lover. Fifty years ago they were in love. They wanted to be together forever and they thought by InuYasha using the jewel to become human it would disappear and they could be together. Too bad it didn't end that way for them. When Kikyou is first resurrected she seems hateful. She died thinking InuYasha betrayed her. She gets even more upset when he says he didn't as she only thinks he's lying. Her hatred of InuYasha dies down after finding out the truth in a later episode from Kaede. Instead of hate she still has the feelings of love she had for him fifty years ago. She also knows that she cannot be with him and tries to distance herself from him.
Kaede is Kikyou's younger sister. When Kikyou was alive she was really close to her younger sister. Her younger sister looked up to her and respected her. Kikyou pitied Onigumo and didn't listen to her younger sisters advice about him. Unfortunately, he was the reason for her death. The resurrected Kikyou doesn't have much of a relationship with her younger sister. She isn't too kind to her either in the episode she's resurrected in. At that time she is filled with nothing but hate. Kikyou does come to her younger sister in a later episode to confirm what really happend to her fifty years ago. But thier relationship will never be the way it was..
Kagome is Kikyou's reincarnation. They are both in love with the same guy. Because of that thier relationship starts off bad. Kikyou realizes early that InuYasha has feelings for Kagome and because of that dislikes her. Then later in an episode with them two in a cave Kagome helps Kikyou. I can't call them friends but they're not enemies either anymore. Kikyou does seem to have some respect for her now.
Miroku is a Buddhist Monk. In the Japanese version most just refer to him as Houshi-Sama. Miroku respects Kikyou and always uses the term for respect when he speaks about her. In the Manga Kikyou (at the risk of her own life) saves Miroku. Miroku was upset when she finally passed away for good. He puts some of the blame on himself since he was too afraid to use the Kazaana on Naraku.
Naraku was born from Onigumo and created from youkai that hated Kikyou. The alive Kikyou didn't exactly meet him. He came to her disguised as InuYasha giving her the fatal wound that kills her. The resurrected Kikyou hates him for destroying her chance at happiness with InuYasha. Kikyou only wants to destroy him. She gave him the shards of the Shikon no Tama so she can send him and it to Hell.
Onigumo was the bandit that Kikyou took care of when she was alive. She pitied him. She thought that he would never be able to move from that spot. She never gets to meet him as Musou since he is absorbed by Naraku before he gets a chance to see her again.
In the Manga, Sango didn't like Kikyou because she figured Kikyou was using her brothers life (his shard of the Shikon no Tama) to defeat Naraku. After Kikyou's death she wonders if Kikyou was actually planning on protecting Kohaku's life. She realizes that Kikyou saved Miroku's life for her. Besides Kohaku there's not much interaction between the two.
Sayo was a little girl in a village that Kikyou wanted to stay in. Kikyou cared for the girl and treated her like a little sister. Kikyou taught her and the rest of the village children about herbs. Kikyou planned on staying in that village with this child until a monk came to send her back to the world of the dead. She resisted and sent his spell back to him killing him. Kikyou didn't know that Sayo was watching and when she went to her Sayo was afraid of her because she had also seen her control those Shinidama Chuu. Saddened by the fact she caused so much fear in the little girl Kikyou left. Before she left Sayo called out her name which shows even with her fear of her, Sayo still cared for the kind Miko.
Urasue is the youkai responsible for Kikyou's return. The interaction between them is quite brief as the first thing Kikyou does upon returning is kill Urasue.
