Love Life

Kikyou and InuYasha
By far the most popular pairing for Kikyou. Kikyou and InuYasha were once truly in love. I still like this pairing but not as much as I used to. Her soul has already reincarnated as Kagome I don’t think they will ever regain what they had. They both still have feelings for each other and always will. I think once Kikyou has finished her mission her soul will finally be at peace and InuYasha will move on with his life with Kagome. I'll always love this pairing but currently I can't see a way for it to work out.



Kikyou and Kagome
As friends, I think they would make an excellent team. Kikyou could help Kagome improve on her archery and spiritual powers and Kagome could be a true friend for her. I like Shoujo-Ai but this is one pairing I would not support as anything more than friends. I think InuYasha would. He’s already admitted to wanting both.



Kikyou and Suikutsu
I love this pairing almost as much as I love the InuYasha and Kikyou pairing. To me he could have been her second chance at happiness. He was a Doctor and her a Miko. They both love to help people and are both dead. She could have helped him with his problems and he could have helped her move on. She respected him and he respected her. He was great with kids just like Kikyou is.



Kikyou and Onigumo/Musou
I like this pairing. Onigumo was infatuated with the young maiden and is the cause of it all but it’s not entirely his fault. He does say that when Kikyou was killed he was not in control at all. He did not kill Kikyou, Naraku did. He sacrificed his soul to be with her and to have the Shikon no Tama. When he comes back as Musou he is still in love with the maiden. When he returns to the cave Kikyou took care of him in, he remembers her face and name. He runs out screaming for Kikyou. You gotta give him credit for being loyal to Kikyou 50 years later.



Kikyou and Naraku
I really like this pairing. Naraku has confessed when he was near death that what he wanted was Kikyou. So I was wrong about him only hating her. Kikyou does hate him for ruining her life. Too bad this pairing is only one-sided since Kikyou even in the end had feelings for InuYasha. I can't see Naraku with anyone besides Kikyou.



Kikyou and Sesshoumaru
I don’t really understand this pairing at all . It does have a few pros such as Sesshoumaru being the older and smarter brother to InuYasha. But I cannot see Kikyou moving on from InuYasha to Sesshoumaru. Plus I’m an avid Kagura x Sesshoumaru fan and think a better match for him is Kagura. If they had have met before she met InuYasha and somehow gotten close I do think the events 50 years ago would have been much different and Sesshoumaru would not have been as easy to fool as his brother.
